Do you carry out all work in-house?

We complete 99.9% of all work using our own team, ensuring full control over quality, safety, and timelines. Subcontracting is only ever considered in rare cases where a highly specialised task falls outside our core expertise, and even then, it’s only done with your prior agreement and full transparency before the project begins. This approach gives our clients confidence that their project is being handled by people who are accountable, qualified, and fully aligned with our standards.

What kind of support do you provide after installation?

ESP Energy operates a dedicated maintenance and servicing division that spans the length and breadth of the UK, supporting a wide range of technologies including heat pumps, biomass and gas boilers, solar PV systems, and Combined Heat & Power (CHP) units. We offer flexible service contracts tailored to your operational needs, along with responsive out-of-hours call-outs and ongoing telephone support. Our approach is centred around reliability, availability, and convenience – we work around your schedule to minimise disruption and ensure your systems continue to perform at their best. In addition, we are registered electricity brokers, with an experienced back-office team that monitors energy markets in real time. This enables us to advise clients on cost-saving opportunities, available schemes, and energy procurement strategies that align with your broader energy goals.
