A major UK-based cardboard manufacturer partnered with ESP Energy to continue its transition toward low-carbon operations. Building on a successful biomass boiler installation completed five years earlier, the client commissioned ESP to design and deliver a comprehensive solar PV system paired with a KeeLine rooftop safety system, enhancing both sustainability and operational compliance.

The solar array includes 2,484 modules, generating over 832,000 kWh of clean electricity per year, and was integrated with SolarEdge optimisers and inverters for maximum efficiency. To support rooftop access for ongoing maintenance, ESP also installed a KeeLine horizontal fall protection system, ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation.
